1. Right of Withdrawal (Returns within 14 Days)

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights and the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, customers who purchase goods online via girli.pl have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 daysfrom the date of receiving the order — without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, please send a clear statement (e.g., by email or letter) about your decision to withdraw from the contract.

2. Conditions for Returns

  • The product must be returned in unused, undamaged condition, together with all original tags and packaging (if applicable).

  • The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise stated.

  • The store will refund the full purchase amount, including the initial delivery cost (if the customer selected the cheapest available delivery option).

  • Refunds are made within 14 days from receiving the returned goods or proof of their dispatch.

  • Refunds are issued using the same payment method originally used by the customer, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.


3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to the following categories of goods:

  • Products manufactured or personalized according to the customer’s specifications (e.g., customized or made-to-order clothing).

  • Goods with a short shelf life (e.g., cosmetics, perishable items).

  • Sealed products which, once opened, cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons — this includes underwear, panties, swimwear bottoms, and similar items.

  • CDs, DVDs, or software if the packaging has been unsealed after delivery.

For hygiene reasons and in accordance with EU law, panties and other intimate apparel are excluded from the right of return, even if not worn.


4. Refund Reductions

The customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. In such cases, the refund may be reduced accordingly.

Examples include:

  • Visible signs of wear, stains, or perfume odors.

  • Damaged or missing packaging.

  • Missing accessories or tags.


5. Return Procedure

  1. Notify the store of your intent to return the product within 14 days of receipt.

  2. Send the product back within 14 days of submitting the return notice.

  3. Include the order number and your contact details in the package.

  4. The refund will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.


6. Costs and Fees

Covered by girli.pl:

  • Full refund of the purchase price and cheapest initial delivery cost.

Covered by the Customer:

  • Cost of return shipping (unless the store offers free returns).

  • Reduction in refund due to use or damage.
